True wildlife conservation begins with active, science-backed land stewardship. What we invest in our land today determines the health, diversity, and sporting heritage available for generations to come.

Prescribed Fire: Our Primary Service & Foundation

Prescribed burning is the single most powerful and cost-effective habitat management tool available in the native landscape—releasing dormant seedbanks, eliminating hazardous fuel loads, and stimulating high-protein forage. However, executing fire safely requires rigorous science, disciplined planning, and zero room for error.

We are proud to be the only fully insured prescribed fire service in the area.

Every burn operation is directly planned and commanded by our owner, Lance Mann, a certified Burn Boss holding advanced prescribed fire credentials from Oklahoma State University and the University of Florida. From detailed site prescriptions and smoke screening models to cutting containment breaks and managing ignition, we manage every burn safely, legally, and professionally—giving landowners complete confidence and total liability protection.

Comprehensive Habitat Solutions

While prescribed fire is the cornerstone of what we do, we also partner closely with private landowners and property managers to develop complete habitat management plans. We specialize in creating the structural cover, nesting grounds, and native plant diversity required for game species to thrive—with dedicated focus on White-tailed deer, wild turkey, and Northern bobwhite quail.

Our Capabilities & Credentials:

• Primary Service – Insured Prescribed Burning: Led on-site by certified Burn Boss Lance Mann; the region's only insured prescribed fire contractor.

• Strategic 3- to 5-Year Habitat Blueprints: Phased multi-year plans tailored to your acreage, land goals, and budget.

• Timber Stand Improvement (TSI): Native tree identification, selective canopy thinning, and precision hack-and-squirt applications to release mast-producing hardwoods.
